I booked my wedding day rental items (tent, tables, chairs, linens, plates, cutlery & chargers) through Raymond Brothers this past July. From the beginning they were amazing with communication via email/phone and were accommodating with our change of date and change of tent size. We went for a walk through in person at the show room and picked out of all items we wanted and day of everything was delivered and set up in a timely manner & with no damage. We were very happy with our decision to go with this company and would most definitely use them again for a future party or event. Thanks so much everyone for making our day possible!

These guys were awesome to deal with during our wedding planning year. I worked with Lori who was super helpful when I had questions and she was always quick to respond to my emails. The tent, dishes, tables, chairs, napkins etc. all came exactly as ordered and the crew was able to get the tent up and take it down in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend them!

Absolutely the best folks to work with!!We had a bridal shower to plan— to where mother nature was not on our side—rain on- rain off. We were so undecided, yet Kylie assured us with a layout that solidified the size tent we chose was suffice for our 40 guests, with walls & a BEAUTIFUL tent liner, white garden chairs, round tables, linens which were all delivered - (once decorated we should of had the WEDDING here too. It was absolutely beautiful) …set up & tear down was a breeze for the two young men, who performed it effortlessly—. We will definitely use them again, once our next bridal shower is to be scheduled in 2024-

I had wonderful customer service from Raymond Brothers up until my actual wedding weekend. I rented a tent, among many other rental items from Raymond Brothers for my wedding. The tent was delivered and set up, and the employees said they would leave the tent walls for us to set up ourselves. However, they did not leave the tent walls on a weekend that had a ton of rain and was very windy. Needless to say my decor was blown all about after set up and a ton of it got wet. We called Raymond Brothers countless times with no answer, which turns out they are not open on Saturdays and they do not provide an emergency contact number. If anything goes wrong with your tent/ rentals on the weekend you essentially have to deal with it yourself. When I emailed with my concern (of not having tent walls and it adding additional stress on my wedding day), the response I received the following week was "sorry we aren't open on weekends and hope all went well for your wedding with the lovely weather"... it rained right before our ceremony and during the reception, and it was so windy we had to lay down a ton of our decor. Then they stopped responding to me altogether. Disappointed with this service and would highly recommend to others to select a company that is open and available to requests on the actual day you are having your event. I feel as though they collected my money, and then didn't actually care about the service.

All I can say is WOW! We purchased an awning literally almost 5 years ago, when we put it up we noticed a small area the stitching had come loose. Two days later a huge wind storm came and torn it along the seam from top to bottom as well as some other areas it was attached. I dropped it off to Brian at Raymond brothers in service and within a day Lori called me back to say they had restitched the whole thing N/C under warranty. Very Impressed! Thanks for the level of service your reputation was built upon. Great purchasing experience followed by great after service care!
